Commercial AI · delivered by KyperX

AI systems, engineered around your organisation.

We design, build and deploy AI systems around real workflows, data and operating requirements — from identifying where AI is worth using, through architecture and development, to integration and the infrastructure it runs on.

KyperX AI is the commercial AI business of KyperX — a technology, engineering, R&D and project development company. About KyperX ↗

Services

Four ways to engage.

Each begins with a bounded piece of work rather than a platform commitment.

01

AI assessment and roadmap

Where could AI help, and is it practical? A workflow review producing prioritised opportunities and a scoped pilot recommendation.

What you receive →

02

Workflow automation

Can we reduce repetitive work in this process? One bounded workflow, integrated, with exception handling and acceptance checks.

What you receive →

03

Custom AI systems and private deployment

Can we build an assistant or system around our own information? Application design, data connections and controls, deployment and handover.

What you receive →

04

Private AI & compute infrastructure

How do we adopt AI without losing control of our data or IP? Deployment architecture across cloud, private cloud, dedicated capacity and hardware you own — operated by your team or by us.

How we work

AI engineered beyond the model.

Choosing a model is the small decision. What a system can actually do is set by the layers around it.

INTEGRATION Applications & automationwhat the organisation actually uses Reasoning & decision logicwhat it decides, and what a person decides Models & intelligencechosen for the problem, not by default Data & perceptionwhat the system can actually see Compute & infrastructurecloud · private · on-premise · owned PHYSICAL SYSTEMS — RESEARCH Environment Sensingwhat the machine measures Actuationwhat it changes the loop closes: what it changes, it then measures

An AI system is not a model with a wrapper. What it can do depends on the , the built around it, the , and .

KyperX works across those layers rather than at one of them. Where a system reaches into the physical world, the same chain extends through — the part of our work that is still research.

Layer 01

Data it can reach

Project feasibility is often determined here before model selection becomes relevant. Where the information lives, what condition it is in and who is permitted to see it determine feasibility long before anyone chooses an approach.

What is available now

Something can start in weeks.

The question behind every enquiry is whether any of this is real yet. This answers it in both directions at once.

No dates are asserted. Bar length indicates time to a first useful output under a bounded scope, not a delivery commitment. The robotics platform is shown for contrast only — it is research, described on the corporate site, and is not offered commercially.

How engagement works

Bounded work, with a human review step throughout.

Each stage produces something you can evaluate before committing to the next. Hover a stage for detail.

Motion indicates sequence, not duration. Scope is agreed before each stage.

Assessment — a workflow review that identifies where AI is practical, what data and integration constraints apply, and which opportunity to pilot first. It ends with a recommendation you can act on or decline.

Beyond services

KyperX also develops intelligent systems that are not services.

Alongside commercial AI work, KyperX runs internal research and development in intelligent and autonomous systems, including a modular robotics and electronics concept. That work is at concept and requirements stage and is not offered commercially.

It is described on the corporate site rather than here, because this site covers what you can engage us to do today.

Bring us the workflow. We will tell you where AI creates value — and where it does not.

An assessment sometimes concludes that the right answer is conventional automation, better software, or changing the process. That is a useful result, and we would rather reach it early.
