One method, five stages.

Engagements follow the same sequence. An assessment spends most of its time in the first two stages; a production system passes through all five.

    The approach, where it runs and how it connects, with the alternatives and trade-offs written down.

    Engineer

    Build and integrate, including exception handling and controls rather than only the main path.

    Validate

    Measure against criteria agreed before the build, on data that represents real use.

    Deploy

    Release with documentation and handover, and a separate support or operation arrangement if you want one.

DeliveryRemote by default. Meeting times, overlap hours, stakeholder access and a named contact on each side are agreed at the start. Travel or on-site work is agreed and costed separately where it is needed.
Scope and feesStarting prices are published in US dollars. The scope, currency, fee and payment schedule are confirmed in a written proposal before work begins.
Taxes and third-party costsApplicable taxes, cloud and model consumption, infrastructure, licences and any local advisers are identified and handled in the written agreement.
Information sharingHow material is shared, stored and returned is agreed before any sensitive information is provided.
Data location and hostingWhere systems run and where data is processed depend on your requirements, your jurisdiction and the services available there. They are established during discovery, not assumed.

Pricing, commitment and working remotely.

Can you work with us if we are not in Australia?

Yes. Engagements are designed to run remotely, with working hours, meetings and contacts agreed at the start. Whether a particular engagement suits remote delivery, for example one that needs on-site hardware work, is discussed before scoping.

What does a starting price include?

The smallest scope that makes the engagement worthwhile. It is not a fixed quotation. Larger scopes, production systems and private AI deployments are quoted to requirements, and the written proposal lists what is and is not included.

Is the first conversation free?

Yes. An initial conversation to understand the requirement and suggest a starting point is not charged. Paid work begins only once you accept a written scope and fee.

Do we need to choose an AI vendor or model first?

No. Describe the problem. Choosing models, infrastructure and integration approaches is part of the engineering, and the reasoning is documented.

Who owns what is built?

Ownership, licensing and usage rights are set out for each engagement. Custom deliverables, pre-existing KyperX components, third-party software and models, and infrastructure are treated separately, and the agreement says which is which.

Which law and terms apply?

Governing law, liability, confidentiality and data-handling terms are agreed in the written engagement. Nothing on this page sets them.

  1. We review your enquiry. We read what you have described and check whether it is work KyperX can usefully do.
  2. We reply by email. Usually with a few questions, or a suggested time for a short conversation where there appears to be a fit.
  3. Scope is confirmed in writing. If an engagement is appropriate, you receive a written scope and fee before any work begins. There is no commitment until then.
