Prices in US dollars. The pilot fee depends on the workflow and systems, and is confirmed in a written scope. Taxes and third-party costs are handled in the agreement.

Existing software
Built around the systems you already rely on.
Replacement is recommended only when an existing system cannot support the workflow.
Automations connect to existing email, document, CRM, ERP, finance and line-of-business systems through their APIs or dependable export paths, so people keep using familiar tools. A system with no usable interface is identified during scoping, before a pilot depends on it.
Where your systems are hosted in a particular country or cloud region, or the information cannot be sent to a public AI service, the automation can be designed to run within those limits. Private AI covers the deployment options.

What does the US$8,000 starting price cover?
A focused pilot: one workflow, a small number of integration points and representative data that is already available. More systems, heavier data preparation or production requirements increase the scope and are quoted accordingly.
How is this different from RPA or conventional workflow tools?
Rule-based tools handle steps that can be specified exactly. AI handles steps that previously needed interpretation, such as reading variable documents or classifying unusual requests. Many workflows use both.
Can you work with systems hosted in our country?
Usually, yes. The automation is designed around where your systems and information are hosted, and the access KyperX needs to build and test it is agreed with your IT and security teams.
Does automation mean reducing staff?
The goal is less repetitive handling and faster, better-informed exception handling. KyperX does not promise staffing or savings figures; the effect on handling time is measured against your own baseline during the pilot, including the review time that remains.
What if the pilot misses its criteria?
It stops there, with the results documented. That outcome is the reason for running a bounded pilot first.
