KyperX AI / Privacy
Privacy policy
How KyperX AI handles personal information collected through this website. Effective: 9 September 2026 · Last updated: 9 September 2026.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to ai.kyperx.com and to personal information collected through it. KyperX AI is the commercial AI business of KyperX and is operated by KyperX Pty Limited, an Australian private company, ABN 59 619 985 036 (“KyperX AI”, “we”, “us”).
It does not cover other KyperX websites, which publish their own policies, or any separate agreement governing a client engagement. Where a signed engagement agreement addresses the handling of your information, that agreement governs the engagement and this policy governs the website.
2. What we collect
We collect only what the site actually requires. At launch this website uses no analytics or advertising cookies, no advertising trackers and no third-party marketing scripts. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect.
| Source | What is collected | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Enquiry form | Name, company, business email address, phone number (optional), enquiry type, and the free-text description of your workflow. | To read, assess and reply to your enquiry, and to hold the context of the conversation that follows. |
| Direct email | Your email address, your name as it appears on the message, and whatever you choose to include in it. | To read and reply to your message. |
| Server and security logs | Basic technical information necessarily processed to serve and protect the site: IP address, request time, page requested, referring page and browser user-agent. | To serve the site, maintain security, prevent abuse and diagnose faults. Not used to build a profile of you. |
| Browser storage | A single short-lived value in your browser’s session storage, recording which enquiry type you selected before reaching the contact page. | To pre-select the enquiry type on the form. It is removed once used, never sent to us as an identifier, and is not a cookie. |
We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send, confidential project documents, personal information about third parties, health information, government identifiers or payment details through the enquiry form.
3. How we use it
Information you send us is used to respond to your enquiry, to assess whether an engagement is appropriate, and to continue that correspondence. Technical log data is used to serve the site, maintain its security, prevent abuse, and meet any legal obligation that applies to us. We do not sell personal information. We do not disclose it for advertising. We do not use enquiry content to train machine learning models.
We will only use your contact details to send you material unrelated to your enquiry if you ask us to.
4. Third parties and overseas disclosure
The service providers below necessarily handle information from this site, or the messages you send us. They are located outside Australia, or operate global infrastructure, which means contacting us involves disclosure of your information overseas. Where we can identify the likely country of processing we have stated it; where a provider operates a global network we have said so rather than guess.
| Provider | Role | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Formspree | Receives and delivers enquiry form submissions to our mailbox, and retains submissions in its account dashboard. | United States |
| Vercel | Hosts and serves this website, and records standard server logs. | United States and its global edge network |
| Our email provider | Receives, stores and delivers enquiry notifications and any email you send to ai@kyperx.com. | Determined by the provider; may include overseas processing |
Website fonts are served from this site itself rather than from a third-party font service, so viewing a page does not disclose your IP address to a font provider.
Where you send an enquiry, you consent to that disclosure occurring. If you would prefer your information not to pass through Formspree, email us directly at ai@kyperx.com instead of using the form. Email is still handled by our email provider.
5. Storage, security and retention
Enquiry submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and are held in our email system and in the Formspree account. We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure, including access controls on the accounts that receive enquiries.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information sent over the internet.
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, and for any period we are required to keep records. We have not published a fixed deletion schedule, because we would rather describe what we actually do than state a period we do not enforce. Retained material is reviewed periodically and removed when no longer needed. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
6. The Australian Privacy Principles
KyperX Pty Limited is an Australian company. The Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles apply to organisations meeting the thresholds and criteria set out in that Act; some small businesses fall outside it. We have not published an assessment of which category we fall into, and nothing in this policy should be read as a claim of certified or independently assessed compliance.
What we do commit to is this: we have adopted this policy as our operating standard and handle personal information consistently with it, whether or not a particular obligation is currently triggered. Where the Australian Privacy Principles do apply to a given handling of your information, we handle it in accordance with them.
7. Access, correction and complaints
You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to provide access to it, or to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading. We will respond within a reasonable period. There is no charge for making a request; if providing access involves significant work we may charge a reasonable cost, and we will tell you before doing so.
If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, contact us first using the details below and we will investigate and respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
8. Contacting us
Privacy enquiries, access and correction requests, deletion requests and complaints should be sent to ai@kyperx.com. Please put “Privacy” in the subject line so your message is routed correctly.
Postal correspondence can be arranged by emailing that address first. You can also reach us through the contact page, but email is the faster route for a privacy request.

Material changes affecting how we handle information already collected will be notified to affected people where practicable.
