What gets automated
Automation at the level of the process.
Not a chatbot bolted onto a workflow, and not simply an “agent”. The unit of work is a business process, including the steps that need interpretation and the cases that need a person.

Production Automation
Scoped to requirements
Take a validated workflow, or a larger process, into day-to-day use at production standard.
Typically includes
- Integration with the systems of record the workflow depends on.
- Access control, logging and monitoring.
- Review interfaces and exception handling at production volumes.
- Documentation, training and handover.
- Optional ongoing support or operation, as a separate arrangement.
What sets the price
The number of systems involved, the volume and variability of the work, the controls required and the deployment environment.
Prices in AUD, exclusive of GST. The pilot fee depends on the workflow and the systems involved, and is confirmed in writing before work begins.
Evaluation
How KyperX evaluates a process before automating it.
Much of the risk in an automation project is visible before the build, if these questions are asked.

Existing systems
Works with the systems you already run.
Replacing software is recommended only where an existing system cannot support the workflow.
Most automation is connected to existing email, document management, customer, finance or line-of-business systems through their interfaces or reliable export paths, so people keep working in the tools they know. Where a system has no usable interface, that constraint is identified before a pilot is scoped rather than discovered during it.
Where the information involved cannot be sent to a public AI service, the automation can run within a controlled environment. Private AI covers those deployment options.

What organisations ask before scoping a pilot.
What does the starting price cover?
A clearly bounded Automation Pilot: one workflow, a limited number of integration points and representative data that is available to work with. Workflows involving more systems, significant data preparation or production requirements are scoped and quoted separately.
Is this the same as AI agents?
Agents are one technique. Where a multi-step task genuinely needs to choose between tools and actions, an agent with defined autonomy may form part of the design. Many workflows are better served by a fixed sequence with AI at specific steps. AI agents explains the difference.
Will automation replace our staff?
The aim is to reduce repetitive handling and make exceptions easier to deal with. KyperX does not publish staffing or savings figures; the effect on handling time is measured against your own baseline during the pilot, including the review time the workflow still needs.
What happens if the pilot does not meet the criteria?
It ends at the pilot, with the results documented. A pilot that does not meet its criteria is information, not a commitment to continue.
Does our data need to be clean first?
No, but it needs to be representative and accessible. The condition of the information is assessed before the pilot is scoped, and any preparation it needs is identified at that point.
